  How to correctly size the forklift extensions: These forklift extensions will fit forks up to 2" in thickness. Actual inside width is 1/2" wider than stated so if your forks are 4" wide then you should buy 4" wide forklift extensions.

  Safety Issue: OSHA regulations state that the length of the forklift extension may not exceed over one-half the length of the existing forks. If the existing fork is 48" then the fork extension cannot exceed 72".
